She is mentioned when Darrell Cartrip is interviewing Vince in the cut scene of Ornament Valley GP, Vince is too shy about being on Live TV and says nothing more than "Hi, Ma!" and unveils his partnership with Chick Hicks. Vince's Mother could be presumed to also be broadcasted, or could simply be back in Queens watching the interview.
