Frank is a combine (bull) that runs his field and is notable for defending the Tractors from being tipped by Mater and Lightning.
Cars: The Video Game
Frank is seen patrolling the Tractor fields, trying to keep Mater and Lightning McQueen from going Tractor Tipping.
Cars: Mater-National Championship
Like his role in Cars: The Video Game, Frank patrols the fields, trying to prevent Mater and Lightning from Tractor Tipping. In the cutscene, Frank found them and tries to kill them. Lightning uses a horn (which is very strange because he didn't have one in the first Cars movie, and games, he just revved his engine) and Frank tips over.

Frank does not return in this game, but a name string for him was found in the coding (alongside Gerald, Red, and Bessie).

Although Frank is meant to have no personality, he can be seen as very aggressive and easily angered, as he will immediately attack anyone who enters his field.

- There is an inconsistency between Frank and the Bulldozers, as they are both meant to be bulls, but are completely different vehicles.
- Via the use of mods, Frank has been made playable in Mater-National. However, due to his huge size (being bigger than all Monster Trucks) and wide cutting blade on his front, he will not fit in a lot of places.
