Emma is one of the five International Racers from Cars: Mater-National Championship.

Bio
Emma is spunky and cute, with just the right amount of self-deprecating charm. She's England's reigning rally car champion, as popular for her personality as she is for spraying mud all over her competitors.
Role
Emma is first mentioned after the player beats Stadium Race 1, and is seen later when Mater comes to the Rustbucket, but Mater is caught up in an "Act Natural" moment from his Cousins, and has to best them in three races first, but afterwards, Mater does later meet Emma. She competes in Rustbucket Race 4 and Stadium Race 4. A picture of Emma can also be seen when Mater enters Luigi's Casa Della Tires before turning into a monster truck.
Cars: Race-O-Rama
Emma appears only on the DS and PSP versions of the game, and is playable in both versions. However, on the console versions of the game, Emma does make a very hard to notice cameo on a portrait in Luigi's Casa Della Tires. She has also been added to the Wii and Xbox 360 versions of the game as a playable character using mods.
Livery
Emma is white and pink, with a butterfly design and the number 13 printed on her sides and hood.
Personality
Although verbally she seems to be nice, she is also very braggy and somewhat annoying.
Abilities
Emma is shown to have the ability to make others fall in love with her as easily as making eye contact and immobilize them, as shown in Rustbucket Race 1's cut scene where Mater sees the cousins staring at her endlessly. Tommy Joe is confirmed immune to this ability, like how Sheriff is immune to DJ's main ability.

- In Mater-National, although Emma competes in Rustbucket Race 4 in Story mode, appears as an opponent in Rustbucket Races in Arcade mode, and is playable in road races, she is not playable in Rustbucket Races. Sarge shares this in common in Race-O-Rama.
- As Emma has no interactions with Lightning in the story mode, it would make more sense for Koji to appear in Stadium Race 4 instead of her.
- Emma and El Machismo are one of only three pairs of characters (the others being Otto and Barry, and Doc and Aikens) to share numbers.
- Emma's rim designs vary by version of the game.
- In the DS version, Emma and Otto are the only International characters to speak in events (The same quotes can be heard in Cars: Race-O-Rama DS and PSP).
- Emma closely resembles Raoul ÇaRoule from Cars 2, as both of them are Rally Racers with very similar body shapes.
