El Machismo ("The Manly") is one of Chick Hicks' three protoges in Cars: Race-O-Rama.
Cars: Mater-National Championship
El Machismo is not actually in the game, but was added to the game as a playable character via modding.
Cars: Race-O-Rama
El Machismo first appears in the end scene for Sprint 1 behind Chick Hicks. He later appears in Match Up. In the cut scene, Chick Hicks introduces him to Lightning and Sarge. In the end scene, he gets very angry at Chick Hicks about losing, and that he wants bigger everything. He also appears in Point to Point 5 and Reunion Rundown. In the end scene for Chick Hicks Showdown, he apologizes to Lightning for how he behaved on the track, and that he is badder than bad and faster than fast. He will be unlocked as a playable character once Match Up is beaten.
Livery
El Machismo is blue with an orange checker design and the number 13. He also has various contingency sponsors, including Nitroade, HTB, and MotorCo..
Personality
El Machismo acts very tough and confident, and refers to himself as "bigger than big!" and "badder than bad!".
Abilities
El Machismo doesn't have any notable special abilities, other than a smoke screen he uses to block the player's view. His appearance and personality could suggest he is one of the strongest cars in the series, and has one of the highest levels of off-road performance.

Trivia
- El Machismo is the fourth of five characters in the Cars franchise whose original actor died, preceded by Red, Fillmore, and Doc, and succeeded by Lizzie.
- He was also the only one of those four characters prior to Lizzie whose only actor has died, as even Red has been portrayed again later on, even if just groaning.
- El Machismo and Emma are both numbered 13, making them (along with Otto and Barry with 8, and Doc and Aikens with 51) the only characters to have the same number.
- In the PS2 version of the game, El Machismo (alongside Sarge) is playable in Rustbucket Races. However, he is not playable in Rustbucket Races in other versions of the game.
- El Machismo has various quotes referring to himself as a Monster Truck, but he is not actually one.
- According to certain concept art, El Machismo was intended to be an actual Monster Truck character, but was ultimately reduced to an off-road vehicle in the final game.
